Wet clay is pressed into the mold, and a notch is added on the back of the tile for hanging.

Once out of the mold, the tiles are then allowed to air dry. The tiles are bisque fired in a kiln and when cool are ready to glaze. A wide color range of hand mixed glazes are applied. The tiles go back in the kiln for a final firing.
